Objectives:

To collect Store specific Display Equipment from an East Midlands based Manufacturer to complete a Fixed Installation Programme to a very Structured Brief. This included the removal and collation of existing Display Shelving from each site to be recycled within the End User's Sstate 

Number and Type of Locations:

42 Petrol Forecourts including Glasgow, Dublin and the Far South West as far as Falmouth

Challenges:

To follow a fixed Installation Schedule which accomodated both Manufacturer and their JIT constraints and a number of other suppliers completing Forecourt Refurbishment Work, whislt adhering strictly to the On Site Health and Safety Requirements legislated by the Petrochemical Industry - DNV.

To provide a solution that overcame the condition that no more than one and a half days worth of Display Equipment would fit on an Installer's Van and that existing shelving was to be recycled by returning this to the End User's Warehouse.

Project Deliverables:

Full Installation Compliance was achieved in every Forecourt all of which were visited at the right time on the right day.

Health and Safety Requirements were strictly adhered to and the success of the Campaign has led to the creation of an additional Installation Roll Out for all parties concerned
