Objectives:

Collating over 180 seperate Store Specific orders of 36 variations of POS Graphics to distribute direct to Hoover Centres of Excellence within a 5 day window.

Number and Type of Locations:

180 Independent Home Appliance Retailers situated in the Uk Mainland from Aberdeen to Falmouth and all points in between together with Offshore Islands covering the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

Challenges:

Over 500 individual POP Graphics for each and every one of the 36 variants were hand picked, collated and Packed into Cartons to be made ready for an Overnight Logistics operator to collect within 3 days of the final receipt.

Project Deliverables:

Over 95% of packages shipped had a 100% fulfillment of contents. Any picking errors or shortages were easily identifiable and rectified within 48 hours of discovery.
